Predictions are published independently of any such positions, but you should assume Zoltar Predicts may have an economic interest in the instruments it writes about. Zoltar Predicts does not earn commissions on your trades and is subscription-funded.

Hypothetical & Backtested Performance

Any performance figures shown on this Site or in our reports are backtested or hypothetical unless explicitly labeled as realized live results. Backtested results are prepared with the benefit of hindsight, do not reflect actual trading, and have inherent limitations — including that they do not account for the impact of trading decisions made in real time. A live, resolved track record is being accrued going forward and is not yet available. Hypothetical results are not a guarantee of, and may differ materially from, future or actual performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZOLTAR PREDICTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Data is sourced from third-party providers (including the Federal Reserve, Robert Shiller's dataset, and Yahoo Finance) and may contain errors or delays. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
